Plastic Zipper Pull Broke after 3 Pulls

Cons:
Poor Construction
Best Uses:

Describe Yourself:

Bottom Line:

Comments:
Plastic zipper pull failed miserable during recent trip to UK. The zipper pull on the bottom compartment snapped in half upon the 3rd occasion of closing this area. This area, designated for wet articles, contained only two thin towels at the time of failure. I suspect the zipper may have caught on an errant thread. Upon encountering the resistance, the zipper pull just broke in half at the base, rendering the area useless and gaping open. I was forced to get creative with a staple gun and wood strips to permanently close the area for the rest of my travels. Prior to failure, I was really happy with the bag and it's functionality... too bad metal hardware wasn't used.
