By Eric from St. Louis on 11/09/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these pants for winter cycling they are totally wind proof and on wet rainy days they haven't water leak through. They are extremely lightweight and with a pair of long underwear they have been warm enough for the coldest days so far this year. Great buy!
By RP from Ontario, Canada on 11/05/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Have been boarding and skiing for years, but have always relied on my local ski shop to tune my equipment. Figured it was time to learn a new skill and take a bit more pride in my hobbies. This kit seems to have everything you need to get started. Iron, vices, wax, file and holder. Kit is meant for alpine skiis, not boards, but will try and make it work. Also will probably be too narrow for fat skiis.

By Australian Ski Family from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia on 08/24/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket was purchased as a top layer for nordic skiing. It is ideal for this - comfortable, lightweight and warm. Fit is good - my husband is tall and slim and the L is perfect. It has been out and about in fairly bad weather and was up to the task, although it probably wouldn't be suitable for a really wet day.

Could improve: warmth. Unlike my Sporthill 3SP pants, these really need a base layer for colder weather. However, if you don't use them in windy or below-25 conditions, they're great.
