By Steve from NH on 06/29/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: At The Beach, Casual Wear, Driving Describe Yourself: Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these to use for cycling, but didn't like the smaller size of the lenses. I found that the wind got around them and into my eyes when going fast. I use them for driving and casual wear now and they are great for that. Would work well for hiking also.
By Moxie from Quartz Hill, CA on 06/28/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Protection Describe Yourself: Career, Comfort-Oriented, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This is about my 5th pair of Julbos. This is the first that won't stay on - they slide down my nose constantly. Not just when I am active. I am an average size woman who has never had this problem with any other sunglasses purchased through Sierra - at least 20 pairs.
By kathymc from McArthur, California on 06/25/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Polarization, Good Protection, Lightweight Best Uses: At The Beach, Athletics Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Modern Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Beautiful blue color, and great in the sun and water.
Just right for the ladies! By Deirdra from Fairfield,CT on 06/24/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Driving, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are the first pair of many sunglasses that I haven't sent back for being too large. They are good for women and perhaps a small man. They're light on my nose but they do have rubber nose pads that are a bit sticky at times. They also have a small red glare spot when the sun hits them at a certain angle, but not too big or distracting enough to not wear.
By Jason from Milwaukee, WI on 06/22/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are decent sunglasses - just used them in a 200K hilly cycling event and they did get fogged, etc. but it was somewhat extreme - 8+ hours. Otherwise, good all around shades.
Perfect for smaller head! By Nanc from White Mountains, NH on 06/22/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Protection Best Uses: At The Beach, Casual Wear, Driving, Travel Describe Yourself: Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great fit for my small head. I ordered them because a reviewer said they ran small. They are comfortable and even somewhat stylish. I love them!
By Princess from Buffalo, MO on 06/21/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Polarization, Good Protection, Great Gift, Lightweight Best Uses: At The Beach, Athletics, Casual Wear, Driving, Special Occasions, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these glasses to give as a gift and my hair/nail stylist loves them! She is so excited to have a quality pair of sunglasses and also loved the color, style, just everything about them
The other sunglasses I ordered with these I returned. They just didn't look good on me.
By Dave from New Mexico on 06/20/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Good Polarization, Good Protection, Lightweight Cons: Too Small, Uncomfortable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Driving Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these sunglasses because I have a different pair this same brand that I love wearing. I liked the color and they have adequate tint. They were to small and they would slide down on my face.
Super lightweight and stylish By Mad Cow from SA TX on 06/17/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Career, Comfort-Oriented, Modern, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The only shades that rival the lightweight feel of these specs are [$]Maui Jim Titanium sunglasses and very expensive Oakley wisker wire frames.I purchased the Rose tint Maroon colored version. I love the rose tint yet heavy mirror finish. The tint of the lenses blend seamlessly into the color of the lightweight frames. These are by far the best Julbo sunglasses I have purchased and I have 6 various pair.I forgot how much I paid for these things but I know they were inexpensive and with my Deal Flyer discount and free shipping, I kick myself for not buying two.I also would not use these for athletics - don't think they would stand up to the abuse like my other Julbos, but definitely great for casual styling. The only negative I have for buying Julbo sunglasses is that you don't know if you are going to get a hard case with your sunglasses, or if they will simply come in a plastic bag with no protection. These came in a plastic bag with no protection so make sure to get yourself an extra glasses case or microfiber glasses pouch.
Perfect for a small face! By Avslisa from Colorado Springs, CO on 06/16/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Protection, Lightweight Best Uses: At The Beach, Athletics, Casual Wear, Driving, Special Occasions, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Practical, Sports nut Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a small face and have a hard time finding good glasses that fit. These are perfect! They don't slide off my face when I'm biking or hiking and are also nice enough that when I'm driving they look and feel great. Can't beat the price either.
