By Scooter from Gig Harbor, WA on 05/11/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Polarization, Good Protection, Scratch Resistant Describe Yourself: Modern, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased these specifically to use while gardening-- I move around from deep shade to bright sun and needed sunglasses that would stay with me. These work great and although the yellow tint is not my favorite, it functions well in the garden for detail. I forget I even have them on! And the style-- I may forsake my faithful Maui Jims for the Vector (if I can find them in a copper tint) because they look terrific. I have a medium face with high cheekbones, so they should work for most. Nosepiece could be more comfy, but that would be only con.
By al from port townsend, washington on 04/10/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Comfortable, Good Polarization, Lightweight Best Uses: At The Beach, Athletics, Casual Wear, Driving, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: good so far. i will be on the water this weekend for the ultimate test. It seems like the interlock feature may be bogus as far as lifetime warranty. It seems like the shades will break. But hey, lifetime warranty allowed me to take the gamble.
By rockymtngrl from Idaho on 04/06/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight, Scratch Resistant Cons: Lens is too dark, Too Small, Uncomfortable Best Uses: At The Beach, Athletics, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Modern, Practical Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These are a good looking pair of glasses, however they are for a very small framed face. The lens is also very dark
By cat from ny, ny on 04/04/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Comfortable, Durable, Good Polarization, Good Protection, Lightweight, Scratch Resistant Best Uses: At The Beach, Casual Wear, Driving Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was thrilled that these glasses fit my tiny face. They are comfortable and durable; I have already dropped them several times and they're fine. The polarization is fabulous and the tint isn't too dark. My eyes are light-sensitive from my recent laser surgery, and these glasses are exactly what I needed--thank you!
By Aussie in Alabama from AL on 04/02/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Good Polarization, Good Protection, Lightweight Best Uses: At The Beach, Casual Wear, Driving, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I read all the reviews before I ordered these as I have a small face and have a hard time finding sunglasses to fit. These are great glasses but run small. I have not sent them back yet as I just ordered some Costa Brava's and want to compare them. They fit very close to your face but are fairly comfortable
By the girl in shades from Montana on 03/26/2009 Describe Yourself: Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like the glasses but I don't see that they "adjust to changing light".
By Muskymn from Minnesota on 03/24/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Good Polarization Cons: Bit heavy on the nose Best Uses: At The Beach, Athletics Describe Yourself: Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great driving glasses. Although they are bit heavy on the nose, its just a matter of getting used to the way they sit on the nose. These are for larger faces. Extremely clear optics--very good quality.
My go to sunglasses.
Plan to buy another pair for wife By Greg the Fisher from Houston Tx on 03/23/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Polarization, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Driving Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Outdoors, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good glasses for the price, comfortable, lightweight, could get a bit darker in strong sunlight.
By mi.brett.mt from Havre, MT on 03/23/2009 Pros: Bright, Comfortable, Good Polarization Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this pair as a backup pair for my other Smiths.
Fished with these glasses yesterday, it was colder out (36) rain / snow mix, they fit close to the face, they don't allow much sun behind the lens, as a result glasses fogged a little. When it warms up more, they might fog easier, we shall see.
