These fit the bill perfectly. They're very warm, and when I wore them in the rain they really did repel water! Great for hanging around the house, too. They do seem to run on the small side - I'm an 8 and got a large; they fit well with enough room for socks. if I were a 9, I wouldn't able able to wear socks with them. When in doubt definitely size up.

They're a really good deal, too.

And while the wool fleece is cozy and thick at first, it compresses way too quickly, and the slipper feels too big after a while. I buy them repeatedly because for a while, 3-4 mos?, they are the most cozy slipper around. Because of their short wear time, I only buy them on sale.

These slipper socks are keeping my feet warm when others have not been. They're well made but difficult to get on because of the length. The sizing is off in the large size. Buy smaller. Nevertheless, I'm happy with them because they do the job.
