Lightweight but provides great foot support. Can really feel the power transfer to the pedals. Not a shoe to walk in, but then it's not made for walking!

Comments:
I am a triathlete and group cycling instructor and needed a shoe that would be quick to change and provide maximum support from all the stresses I put on my feet. This shoe does that and more. These cycling shoes can be comfortably worn w/ or w/out socks. The only drawback is they do run about 1/2 size too small. It's nice to have a little extra room in the toe box. But they don't come in half sizes so you have to order a full size larger. STP had run out of the size one up from mine, but I am so pleased with the shoe that I decided to keep it. No numbness in the toes or arch support issues when I'm teaching a class or on the road. The top big strap is easy to pull for quick transistioning. Can't wait to use them in my next tri! Overall it's an awesome shoe for the price.
