By Joe-bags from Durham, NC on 02/17/2009 Pros: Accurate, Compact Design, Easy To Use, Gives A Quick Reading, Versatile Best Uses: Running, Spinning, Treadmill, Weight Loss Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my third suunto heart rate monitor and my second int he t series so I'm not surprised how good it is. The ability to add a session or decline to add it is a nice upgrade over the t-1. I even like the nylon strap which I thought I would be replacing as soon I got the watch. The different display options during exercise make it a valuable and versatile tool.
