I had bought this men's underwear at a store back East and was happy to find it online because I live on the West coast. However, the quality of the cotton was thinner and there was no fly opening!
Honesty in advertising is important. You should have explained that these were defected and not of the same high quality that one buys directly from American Essentials. Yes, I paid less, but I got far less.
I now do not trust your site.
