Arc'Teryx

Arc'Teryx

Founded in Vancouver, BC, Canada in 1991, Arc’Teryx set about to change our assumptions about how outdoor products are made, and created a veritable revolution in gear and clothing design. The company started by raising the bar on climbing harness design, then proceeded to make radical improvements in packs and apparel. Among Arc’Teryx’s many award-winning innovations are Watertight? Zippers, which repel unwanted drafts and moisture and soft shell laminates to lock out water. Today, Arc’Teryx continues to work feverishly - designing, crafting and thoroughly testing innovative gear and apparel for its loyal following of hard-core mountain athletes.

Comments:
I was so excited to find this jacket at this price. It is a really great brand and model. But, alas, it is cut too slim/small overall. I typically am a size medium (8-10), but I would need at least a large in this. I could zip it up over my normal street clothes (incl. shirt, light sweater and light jacket, but just barely. There's no way the medium would have worked with a ski sweater on. Too bad. Really.

Arc'Teryx Ski Pants - Waterproof Gore-Tex® XCR® (For Women)

Excellent skipants!, but too short legs
By Arc'Teryx LoverVerified Reviewer from Houston, Texas on 02/25/2008

Cons:
Legs not long enough xs

Inseam:
Feels too short
Waist:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
This is an EXCELLENT ski pant, but the leg length is not comparable to other pants I have from Arc'Teryx, a brand I really adore! The legs hardly cover the top of my ski boots and looks ridiculously short. I had read the customs reviews before I ordered them and was there told they were true to size. That's not correct! The fit is relaxed and xs is my size in all my Arc'Teryx clothes (I have a LOT), except this pants! Yes, I will recommend them as ski pants but be aware of the short legs!
