Fantastic glove for cold, wet conditions By Captain from Petersburg, Alaska on 03/16/2009 Pros: Beats polypro, Dries Easily, Durable, Warm, Water Resistant, Windproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Cold wet boating, Cross Country Skiing, Hiking/Running, Working Outdoors Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A great glove for wet, cold weather. We're in Alaska and just couldn't find a good, wool glove that is durable, but this is it. We use polypro, but it gets and stays wet, and doesn't cut the wind like wool. Having alpaca in this glove is a bonus.

They do the job - watch the size, though By Ron from Baltimore, MD USA on 02/28/2009 Pros: Good Grip, Warm, Windproof Cons: Sized a little small Best Uses: Backcountry, Hiking/Running Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These gloves do what they say they are marketed to do. They are lightweight; they block a heck of a lot of wind; they are warm with moderate activity - extremely warm if one is vigorously active.
They are snug - so you have to size up if you don't want sweaty insides. I didn't have the option of returning for a larger size since STP was out of next larger size. I am glad that I kept these though.

The gloves are good from cool to light cold. The price was right.

They do the job - watch the size, though By Ron from Baltimore, MD USA on 02/23/2009 Pros: Good Grip, Too snug a fit, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Cold Weather Walks, Working Outdoors Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I think I really missed out when i didn't size up... I have these in medium like the rest of my gloves; but these are TOO snug. I thought they would loosen up a bit with use. The windstopper layer does not give at all.
The gloves are warm - warmer than the fleece ones I'm tossing out after 4 years. They do what they are supposed to do.
my snowflakes are not white By justme from western pa on 02/21/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual, Practical Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The hat is shorter than I expected, does not come near my forehead or ears.

Downside is they made my hands sweat, which made the gloves wet inside once you removed your hands.
