By Betz49 from North Carolina on 06/17/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable Best Uses: Kitchen, Living Room Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These towels are great at picking up spills and wiping up condensation rings left by glasses.
By I Love a Bargain from Portland, OR on 02/16/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable Fabric, Washer & Dryer Safe Cons: Hems need ironing down Best Uses: To wipe your hands face Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Eco friendly, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Lovely napkins. I always use cloth, and never paper. India is weaving fabrics of very high quality these days. The only thing that would make these 'perfect' would be if they folded better with no ironing. The hems don't lay down very well when just hand folded, and not ironed. Love them anyway though.
By Red Braid from Blacksburg, VA on 01/23/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These towels are great for hanging around the kitchen for general use. I use them when I am cooking, and they are really good for a quick hand-drying and cleaning.
They are not so efficient at drying dishes (see "Lintex Flat Weave Dobby Kitchen Towels", which are great at drying dishes.)
By LABiker from Lo-Cal So. Cal. on 01/18/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable Fabric, Protects Table, Washer & Dryer Safe Best Uses: Table Protection Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Practical, Value addict Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Lovely, well-made product. Only drawback is the natural color; I'm a messy eater, & frequently have pasta, so I'll probably wind up dyeing a set red. ;)
I especially like the fact that being a linen/cotton blend, it has some insulative value to protect the surface of the table. Most placemats in this price range are incredibly thin polyester, which is only likely to melt beneath a plate full of hot food...

No shrinkage nor did they loose their shape when dried. LINT FREE!
