Pretty Good Sunglasses, Reasonable Price By Shades Luvr from South Whidbey Island, WA on 08/11/2008 Pros: Good Protection from the Sun, Rugged, Stylish Cons: Lacks springloaded hinges Best Uses: Casual Wear, Driving, Enjoying the sun, Exercising Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Because the glasses are of the wraparound variety, they don't fit like aviator-style sunglasses. The lack of spring-loaded hinges means that the earpieces can dig into your head after prolonged wear. Aside from that they are good sunglasses. I use the product mostly for driving or exercising in the outdoors, usually during Spring, Summer or early Fall and when I'm at the beach or on the water.
By triathlete mom from grand rapids, MI on 08/06/2008 Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: the frame cracked from normal use within 2 weeks of getting them.
I loved wearing them and was heart broken when they broke
By lax from new jersey on 08/05/2008 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Really nice sunglasses. My husband has a pair of Hobies and they look and feel great. Unfortunately I had to return because they were too big for my face. Fell off, when I looked down.
By Heythere from Long Beach, CA on 08/05/2008 Pros: Adequate Tint, Lightweight Cons: Unattractive Design, Uncomfortable Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The sunglasses were crooked. Also the design was not how it appeared on the website. They were narrow at the bridge of the nose and flared out toward the temples. Definitely not my style! They felt cheap for Hobie sunglasses.

By J H from ILLINOIS on 08/03/2008 Pros: Good Protection from the Sun, Stylish Best Uses: Freshwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I USE THESE SUNGLASSES WHEN FISHING. THEY ARE SNUG ENOUGH TO STAY ON WHEN I BEND OVER AND NOT FALL OFF, YET ARE COMFORTABLE.
