They run large around the waist and hips. I will need to alter them a little with a few tucks at the waist.

By Bentlight from Huntsville, AL on 07/01/2008 Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Career, Eclectic, Trendy Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought the material was fine. I liked the legs, but the top of the pants left much to be desired. I wear a size 6-8. The size 8 in these pants were snug at the top. I also do not like pants with no back pockets. I like my pants to sit a little lower on the waist, too. The description did say they were a classic fit, so I shouldn't complain. I could have worn a top that covered the upper part of the pants, but decided to send them back.
By Peggy from Saginaw, MI on 06/06/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Cons: Slippery, Thin fabric Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Career, Eclectic Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I should have followed the advice of the reviewer who cautioned against buying these pants. When I first got them, I thought they would be great for yoga because they are very soft and have a fold over waist. I washed them and then wore them. The fabric is so slippery that they actually started sliding down my body and off my hips when I moved around. So, then I decided just to use them as pajamas. They actually came right off me while I was sleeping.
