By Pman from NY on 12/12/2007 Cons: Alarm chime is to soft Best Uses: Everyday, Travel Describe Yourself: Athletic Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: If you just want a good watch this could be it. The alarm should be louder. Very easy to read display and the back-light feature for nighttime viewing is really nice.
High gear enduro max sport watch By Kathy from New York City Area on 12/03/2007 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Stylish Cons: Band Breaks Easily, Parts Describe Yourself: Athletic, Practical Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It was bought for my son who wears it daily, but is not rough with it.
We bought the initial product in June 2007 and by October 2007 one of the buttons had fallen out; by November 2007 the watch band began to peel from around the watch face.
Too flimsy for active use! By Kate from Salt Lake City, Utah on 10/08/2007 Describe Yourself: Athletic, High End Shopper, Modern Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered this watch on July 2. By August, the band was already stretching out around the face. Now, the face is falling out and the tab-end is coming apart. I run and cycle, not activities that are especially hard on watch bands, and I wear the watch only for these activities, so it's not as if I'm unusually hard on a watch that advertises itself as an "enduro" product. And High Gear hasn't even responded to my email asking about replacement bands. The watch itself is fine, but without a functional band it's not worth much. I love [...], but I won't buy this brand again.
By TJB from Sheridan, WY on 10/05/2007 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Fashionable, Good Quality, Reliable Describe Yourself: Athletic, Modern, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought this watch would be a little smaller according to the description but it is very light weight.
By Sara the adventurer volunteer from Eldoret, Kenya on 09/14/2007 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Good Quality, Reliable Describe Yourself: High End Shopper, Modern, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this to spend nine months in Kenya. I didn't want to wear an expensive watch and wanted the dual time feature. It is a workaday watch that I wear everyday. I wish it was easier to work all the features without having to drag out the manual.
Good value, comfortable watch By AMB from Knoxville, TN on 09/14/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Great Design, Practical Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good value, comfortable watch. Is sized for a man, so the face is a bit larger than most women are used to. However, it is easy to read & use in recreational/sports pursuits.
I would buy this product again. By Mom on the go from Westminster, CO on 09/11/2007 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Fashionable, Good Quality, Reliable Describe Yourself: Athletic, Classic, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am very happy with the quality and price of this watch.
By LewBob from Denver on 08/29/2007 Describe Yourself: Athletic, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like everything about this watch except the alarm. I can't hear it unless I put the watch a few inches from my ear. This makes the alarm useless to me. Too bad, as that is a feature I need and this watch has 3 alarms available. I would recommend to anyone not needing or wanting the alarm function.
