By Kitty from Conroe.TX. on 10/08/2009 Pros: Easy to grasp, Good Capacity, Impact Resistant, Retains Temperature, Slim Design, Unique Design Best Uses: Camping, Everyday, Gym, Travel in car Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We have several styles of these tumblers and these are our favorites. Reasons: They are easy to hold. I am elderly and gripping can be a problem.
They fit our car cup holders perfectly so don't wobble around.
The lid is the best functioning lid w/ not leaking.
Several cheerful colors that can be color-coded to people so know
whose tumblers is whose.
Last, but not least, it keeps drinks cold longer than regular
glasses.
By AE from Naples, FL on 10/06/2009 Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a very pretty press/mug, and a lovely idea, but it just doesn't work. The idea with a PRESS is that it should PRESS the coffee grounds down, allowing the liquid to rise without all the grit. The rod in the middle of the lid/press is simply too short. You'd have to fill the cup halfway up with grounds in the first place to get a tight press. The gasket isn't tight enough to keep them from flowing up into the liquid, so you get a nice hot, chewy cup of coffee every time. I've never seen a french press that missed the point more completely. I'm returning it.
By Atliens from Boston, MA on 10/05/2009 Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very useful for taking coffee to work. I replaced a cheapo version i had gotten elsewhere which leaked. this one is stainless steel (no plastic inside except for the lid) which was important to me because I have been doing a lot of reading on the potentially dangerous effects of plastics. Good deal too. Only complaint I have is that it barely fits the cup holder in my car.

Liquid Solutions Prizm Insulated Tumbler By ralphrides from NJ on 09/19/2009 Pros: BPA Free, Drink lid, Good Capacity, Retains Temperature, Unique Design, Vacuum Best Uses: Camping, Everyday Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very nice thermo carafe style cup with lid that seals against splash and heat loss. I use it as a drink shaker too. All stainless inside with plastic o-ringed lid that can has a rotating top so you can drink through it or seal against splashes. The twist lid is not liquid tight but good enough for most spill preventions. Keeps things real cold or hot.
