Perfect for Pacific NW weather By Valerie from Port Townsend, WA on 06/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The sizing is the only drawback to this product. I normally wear a M or Lg, but had to get an XL and even at that, can wear only a t-shirt under it. It's fitted and if the next size were available, I'd go for it, for a little extra comfort. I bought it for early morning walking and it does a fine job of keeping the wind out and is warm enough for late spring/early summer weather.
By SLUG SLIME from EVANSVILLE IN on 06/29/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: STOOD UP TO 40 MPH WINDS IN THE GRAND CANYON, BUT THE DOOR ZIPPER WAS BAD. IT WASN'T THE G C SAND THAT SCREWED UP THE ZIPPER, BECAUSE THE OTHER DOOR WORKED FINE.

A well made bag for the $ By Knotty boy from Wilmington, NC on 06/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Roomy, Stows Easily Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Backpacking, Car Camping Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Have only used bag once & slept on top due to the temp. Bag appears to be well made, packs down small and is very roomy. Have ordered another for a b/p trip in Yosemite.
By kscoach from Ft Worth, TX on 06/29/2009 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Comfortable, Marmot warranty, Roomy Cons: Missing 3 oz of down, Not Warm Enough Best Uses: 3 Season Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Check your bag closely when you get it - mine only lofted up to about 4 1/2" out of the box. I thought it was odd that when I laid this bag out next to my 15 degree Marmot Sawtooth - the Sawtooth had more loft. I contacted Marmot and they fixed the bag free of charge by adding 3 oz of down. It now lofts up to 6" and should be good to go at 5 degrees. Marmot is a topnotch company and stands behind their products.
An excellent tent for the value! By Rick D for NYC from New York, NY on 06/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Fly Works Well, Lightweight Cons: Collects blown dirtsand Best Uses: Backpacking, Car Camping, Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The tent is perfect for one or two people. It's relatively simple to setup except when it's raining, one must be quick to put up the fly or else the inside gets wet. Otherwise, it's light weight, made well and comfortable, and one can't beat the value!

not easy to ventilate
door design not great
it is hard to enter/exit tent in rain without getting water inside, but good rain protection when inside
just enough space for 3 pads
good for 2 adults/1 child
overall good tent for price
