By P from Pittsburgh PA on 03/12/2009 Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These sneakers offer no support at all towards the inside of the arch. I am a moderate overpronator and it required significant effort to prevent my feet from falling inwards

Replacement is fine. Very subtle, but distinctive with hair-on calf. Good color for warm weather too. Not much in the cushioning department, but adequate for the retro gym-shoe style for street wear.

By Frequent Buyer in Santa Fe from Santa Fe, NM on 02/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Stable, Stylish Best Uses: Casual with an edge, Everyday, Going out informally, Travel Describe Yourself: High-end shopper, Stylish, Value Conscious Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Normally I would never pay big bucks for sneakers, even well made and highly stylish designer ones (same with jeans, at least for me). However, I've bought 3 Puma special edition styles from STP recently -- and have been impressed with the high-end quality, style, and finish. So the STP closeouts and so on have offered me a reasonably priced way (especially with further discounts) to find out what all the talk is about with these several designers from Japan, Italy, Germany and Britain working with Puma!
These being discussed here are very slickly styled, with patent leather touches (!), matte leather, some other textures, and very cool looks. I don't see them as athletic shoes at all -- they're stylin' and contemporary!

Just enough cushion. Good heel toe transition. A little more toe length for style. If you are confident, can be worn with business dress. Probably not black tie, unless you are a Hollywood star.
