Medi Comfort

Medi Comfort

Luxury isn’t often associated with long underwear - but Medi Comfort angora and merino wool long underwear for both men and women is truly nothing less than luxurious. How does Medi Comfort long underwear rise above the competition? Medi Comfort’s long underwear tops, bottoms and shirts blend together the softness of angora, the warmth of wool and a hint of smooth nylon for stretch. Other Medi Comfort base layers utilize merino wool for softness and warmth combined in one fiber. Great for camping and hiking, Medi Comfort’s base layers and long underwear help insulate when paired beneath shells or sweaters. When it comes to layering, no one does it quite as comfortably as Medi Comfort.

Medima Comfort Wool Briefs - Underwear (For Women)

Disappointing.Medina, usually good brand
By vrkelley from Seattle on 08/01/2008
Pros:
Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking
Cons:
Poor Craftsmanship
Describe Yourself:
Competitive Athlete
Fit:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I ordered 2 pair to wear under skirts and pants. Where to begin? The seams pucker at the crotch that can be seen from dress pants. The waist is too high. All of that would be OK but they ride up under any activity. Upon closer inspection, I see that they do not have any elastic along the legs to hold them down. I will add this myself. If you are a couch-potato, these will work well, if you're under 30 and active, find another brand. Usually stuff from Medina Austria is top notch. If fact, the Medina camisoles are outstanding for sports or causal.

Medima Comfort Wool Briefs - Underwear (For Women)

comfortable and warm
By loppypatchy from northern Maine on 05/27/2008
Pros:
Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft and stretchy
Cons:
none
Best Uses:
Cold Weather, To bed
Sizing:
Feels full size too big
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
These briefs are very soft, comfortable and warm. I am a size 16 and I ordered a large - perfect fit. The legs and waist do not roll or pinch in any way. They feel so soft against the skin. I have worn them to bed. Believe me they will get a lot of use next winter when I go snow shoeing. I hand wash them and hang to dry. They wash up really nice. They are very, very well made. They are not bulky. They are light weight and could be worn under pants to work if you work in a cool place. If you live where it gets cold or if you are the type of person that feels the cold these are great for you. I am happy I bought them.

Comments:
The sizing runs big. I am a true size 16 and ordered a size L and the fit is perfect. These are extremely well made, soft and comfortable. I am 5'2" and they hit mid-thigh. No rolling or cutting anywhere. They are soft, warm and have plenty of stretch. I wear them to bed now and they will get a lot of use next winter.

Comments:
THIS IS MY THIRD PAIR . THE OTHERS I HAD BOUGHT LAST YEAR AND WAS SO GLAD TO SEE THEM AGAIN FOR PURCHASE . THE LENGHT IS LOWER MID THEIGH AND IS JUST RIGHT WHEN A LONG JOHN IS TOO MUCH. THOUGH I HAVE ALSO WORN THEM OVER A LONG JOHN FOR A LITTLE MORE WARMTH IN THE COLDEST WINTER DAY HIKING WITH A WATER PROOF PANT. IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND THAT LENGTH IN A GOOD QUALITY MATERIAL SUCH AS THIS IS. THE MATERIAL HAS PLENTY OF GIVE SINCE IT IS A KNIT IF YOU WANT A SNUGGER FIT MABEY YOU COULD SIZE DOWN ONCE THOUGH I HAVE NOT. WEAR SIZE 16 AND BOUGHT A X-LG FOR ALL 3 AND ENJOY VERY MUCH.

i have purchased these in the past and love them. The size is very clearly NOT correct in that it says "large". If these are "large" then they must be childrens' large

Smaller than heavy weight Medima
By Jan the catwomanVerified Reviewer from Columbia, MD on 03/10/2008

Lightweight, Snug Fit, Warm
Cons:
Poor Fit, Short
Best Uses:
Pajamas
Describe Yourself:
Weekend Warrior
Fit:
Feels too small
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
The color (pink) is beautiful, but it's just mis-sized. They seem to be sized for small and petite women. They were too narrow and too short for me in size L, and the regular weight Medima is perfectly sized in L for me.
