just got back from 2 weeks in tuscany, this is only pair of shoes I wore the entire time . . . for sightseeing up and own hill towns, hiking around agriturismos and parks, with a skirt for dinner. my husband waterproofeed them for me before we left and the suede still looks great after a couple days of rain. now i'm home and back to work and i want to wear them everyday. if only they came in black too!

Comments:
I wish I had even gotten them outside. I tried them on inside, and after an hour my foot was asleep. The traction seemed great, nice rise on the ankle, but for some reason EVERY pair of women's hiking boots I have tried on in the last year are not wide enough. It seems like women's hiking shoes no longer come in a "wide" width, [...] Bummer, I was really excited.

I wear these ankle boots with jeans. They let me walk comfortably and at a good pace. I like their looks and the flexibility of a leather product. They are light in weight, but also nicely warm. I enjoy wearing them.

Comments:
Good-looking casual shoe, goes well with jeans or khakis. Oiled leather leaves distress marks/scratches, but rub out.Lack of cushioning in rear of shoe causes rubbing on back of anlke at times. Like the comfort of the sole when walking. Typical Merrell construction, which is a plus.

Cute, but strange fit
By SIUC grad student from Southern Illinois on 11/13/2009
Pros:
Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof
Cons:
Not Comfortable, Strange fit
Best Uses:
Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
Gear Usage:
Cold Weather Living
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I like how the shoes look, but they fit really strangely since they are wide at the toes and uncomfortably narrow towards the heels. I have narrow feet, so if your feet are wide, they will probably be very uncomfortable. The website said they run small so I ordered a size larger. I really like how they look so I think I'll be exchanging the pair a bought for a slightly larger size to see if they fit a little bit better.

Comments:
Love the boots! The footbed is very comfortable and supportive. The sizing seems fairly correct. I usually wear a 9 or 9 1/2, and I bought the 9s, which were snug, but fit. You might want to buy half a size up if you prefer a roomier fit.

Comments:
I've been wearing this jacket at work when it's a bit too cold . Nice quality fleece, presentable for work environment. The sleeves are too long and the chest a little tight. I leave it unzipped and sleeve rolled up. Have gotten lots of compliments on the look.
