By Laura from California on 11/14/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wish I had even gotten them outside. I tried them on inside, and after an hour my foot was asleep. The traction seemed great, nice rise on the ankle, but for some reason EVERY pair of women's hiking boots I have tried on in the last year are not wide enough. It seems like women's hiking shoes no longer come in a "wide" width, [...] Bummer, I was really excited.

Casual looks attract attention! By Weekend Warrior from Suwanee, GA on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight Cons: Not Enough Cushioning Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good-looking casual shoe, goes well with jeans or khakis. Oiled leather leaves distress marks/scratches, but rub out.Lack of cushioning in rear of shoe causes rubbing on back of anlke at times. Like the comfort of the sole when walking. Typical Merrell construction, which is a plus.
By SIUC grad student from Southern Illinois on 11/13/2009 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Not Comfortable, Strange fit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like how the shoes look, but they fit really strangely since they are wide at the toes and uncomfortably narrow towards the heels. I have narrow feet, so if your feet are wide, they will probably be very uncomfortable.
The website said they run small so I ordered a size larger. I really like how they look so I think I'll be exchanging the pair a bought for a slightly larger size to see if they fit a little bit better.
By placidtwilight from Rockland County, NY on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love the boots! The footbed is very comfortable and supportive. The sizing seems fairly correct. I usually wear a 9 or 9 1/2, and I bought the 9s, which were snug, but fit. You might want to buy half a size up if you prefer a roomier fit.
By janer 16 from San Francisco,CA on 11/13/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've been wearing this jacket at work when it's a bit too cold .
Nice quality fleece, presentable for work environment.
The sleeves are too long and the chest a little tight. I leave it unzipped and sleeve rolled up.
Have gotten lots of compliments on the look.
