By PJ from VERMONT on 11/17/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality, Plenty of room, RUGGED HANDSOME STRONG Cons: COMES WO SHOULDER STRAP Best Uses: A GREAT CANOE BAG, A GREAT WORK TOTE, Family Trips, GREAT FOR CAR TRIPS, Long Vacations, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Outdoor Girl, Practical, WORKING WOMAN Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: STRONG, HANDSOME, RUGGED, ATTRACTIVE UTILITY BAG THAT I USE FOR WORK AND PLAY. GREAT IN THE CANOE BECAUSE OF THE WATER RESISTANT RUBBER BOTTOM. LOTS OF ROOM IN THE "SMALL" BAG. IF I ORDERED A LARGER SIZE I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO LIFT IT AND ITS CONTENTS OFF OF THE GROUND! I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE AND AM EVEN THINKING ABOUT GOING BACK FOR MORE.

Nice Size but sold out too soon. By Pine Cone Country Hiker from Rocky Mountains MT on 11/14/2009 Pros: Easy To Refill, Highly Adjustable, Stable Cons: Could use rainfly of sort Best Uses: Storage or Car Storage Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought two and store combination of waders and wader boots and a few other things associated with paddle power. But wanted 3 more to use to store our mulitple sleeping bags instead of old king size pillow cases making them hard to keep on the shelves these would be great. But they were out. Maybe I'll have to make something similar on my own then. Have all the materials from zippers to straps and fabic just taking the time. It would be nice though. I would like to see something you could place over the net top of these to protect from moisture or rain however while you travel with them. Otherwise the netting allows for air compression.

Makes a good-looking set with other Mountainsmith bags. Well-constructed. LOTS of pockets! LOVE the rubber, waterproof bottom. Great for wet weather travel and adventure. Plan to give to my sisters for holiday gifts.

So, I purchased this for the in-laws to organize their trunk and it looks like I might buy another for MYSELF!
Awesome quality and versatility By TKD Chicago from Chicago on 11/12/2009 Pros: Strong, Versatile, Weather Resistant Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use this system for everything from groceries from costco--I hate all that cardboard!--to carrying 40-50 12" boards for martial arts test/demonstrations. Also great for keeping my 4 kids' clothes separated when traveling. It's a great system for anyone who is active and needs organization. Bought my sister-in-law one for x-mas.
good bag -- no shoulder strap included By Birder from Ohio on 11/11/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Good Capacity, High Quality Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: DOES NOT come with a shoulder strap -- despite the fact that it is pictured with one. Package says this must be bought separately, after I looked around for it. Great bag otherwise.
