By Katocaddis from Cashmere, Wa on 07/22/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Quality Construction, Stiff Ski Mode Cons: Walk Mode Seems Stiff Too Describe Yourself: Advanced Skier Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Seems like a great boot. Haven't tried them on skis yet as it's 100+ degrees right now but they seem to be much stiffer in ski mode than my recent Garmont boots and quite a bit more comfy for my regularly sized feet. The walk mode seems a bit stiff though too. Perhaps this will loosen up with use though. Hard to beat these right now for the price.
By MarkMc from Boulder, CO on 03/12/2009 Pros: Durable, Good Carving Ability, Great Flotation, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Advanced Skier Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love these skis. Turn great.
I have skied them in spring backcountry conditions, area crud, and powder. Easy turning while not being a noodle. Handle speed well and well balanced.
I also really enjoy the perfect cut Dynafit Skins that work with the tip/tail system.
By raincitypastor from Seattle on 03/11/2009 Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great for lightweight touring w/ rondanee skis. If you're looking for the best boot for double black diamond shoots, this isn't it. But if your goal is forest service roads, ridge routes to summits, and easy ascents/descents for exercise, this boot it perfect.

By wish it would snow from CO on 01/20/2009 Pros: Good value, Very light weight Cons: Too many plastic parts Best Uses: Light duty bc skiing Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These are good boots for the price and if you have a foot that doesn't usually have any problems fitting into boots then you can probably get these to fit well. These were for my wife, but we returned them because they were a little small for a true woman's 11.
By Magpie from Rocky Mountains on 01/18/2009 Pros: Buckles Easily, Comfortable, Highly Adjustable, Quality Construction Describe Yourself: Advanced Skier Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Would be a great backcountry boot for short but aggressive trips. Feels very solid and stiff, but too heavy for long tours. I did return the boots just for this reason, but did consider keeping them for alpine use only. Very comfortable and no goofy colors as dynafit seems to like.
By k from montana on 12/22/2008 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Describe Yourself: Advanced Skier Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Boots are hard to buckle/ over lap of boot is a problem even harder when cold..
By Jonesing for Snow from Portland, OR on 12/15/2008 Pros: Great Construction, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Collegiate/Pro Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is simply the best all around backcountry ski I have ever used. If you are only going to have one ski, this is it. I skied from the summits of Hood, Adams, Rainier and St. Helens last year and they delivered in everything from powder in the Wallowas to bulletproof ice at the summit of Rainier. They are very light weight which is great for climbing and then they are stable going down - for how light they are that is...
