Dynafit

Dynafit

You can find Dynafit skis, boots and bindings in some of the highest places on earth. Diehard touring athletes aren’t content to stay at lower altitudes… they want to climb the highest mountains and ski down the backside. Even Mount Everest, where nature rules and man is an endangered species, is a favorite destination for Dynafit skiers. Because every ounce counts when six steps can represent a three-foot gain in altitude, Dynafit makes ski-binding systems that can easily save you two pounds of weight. Dynafit skis are as light as anything out there and feature deep sidecut geometries that dominate the market. For making first tracks in fresh powder, Dynafit delivers the lightweight performance extreme skiers demand.

Comments:
great value for a 4-buckle boot. I have a wide foot so the last seemed to be on the narrow side and caused some pressure. one buckle near the toe seemed to be misaligned/twisted from the factory. they are definitely worth trying on. you can always return them.

Comments:
Seems like a great boot. Haven't tried them on skis yet as it's 100+ degrees right now but they seem to be much stiffer in ski mode than my recent Garmont boots and quite a bit more comfy for my regularly sized feet. The walk mode seems a bit stiff though too. Perhaps this will loosen up with use though. Hard to beat these right now for the price.

I love these skis. Turn great. I have skied them in spring backcountry conditions, area crud, and powder. Easy turning while not being a noodle. Handle speed well and well balanced. I also really enjoy the perfect cut Dynafit Skins that work with the tip/tail system.

Great for lightweight touring w/ rondanee skis. If you're looking for the best boot for double black diamond shoots, this isn't it. But if your goal is forest service roads, ridge routes to summits, and easy ascents/descents for exercise, this boot it perfect.

Comments:
These are good boots for the price and if you have a foot that doesn't usually have any problems fitting into boots then you can probably get these to fit well. These were for my wife, but we returned them because they were a little small for a true woman's 11.

Comments:
Would be a great backcountry boot for short but aggressive trips. Feels very solid and stiff, but too heavy for long tours. I did return the boots just for this reason, but did consider keeping them for alpine use only. Very comfortable and no goofy colors as dynafit seems to like.
