By Homer BMW Rider from Homer AK on 04/23/2009 Pros: Compact, Strong Construction Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Use this strong tripod anywhere. For its weight and size it's about as good as they come.
By Red Rider from Grass Valley, CA on 04/14/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The tripod is stable but the camera mount is as loose as a goose and the problem can not be corrected. Keeping the camera from moving is the whole objective and this tripod will not do the job. Bad product and Nikon should be ashamed. This is a no brainer - just do not buy this tripod or you will return it for credit just as I did.

By Leggs from El Paso, TX on 03/23/2009 Pros: Compact, Strong Construction Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Everything Nikon is really good. This tripod is heavier than others in its class. It is very well constructed so if you are staying close to home, or your car it is a great deal
