Wonderful & comfortable right now! By Spirit One from Olympic Peninsula, Washington on 11/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I took the advice and ordered 1/2 size down and they are a perfect fit. Sometimes I can't trust that advice, but this time I did and I'm glad I went for it as I hate returning items. I will get lots of wear out of these this winter. They are so warm and comfortable.
By MinnesotaMillie from St Paul, MN on 11/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've been looking for tall, warm boots that looked good for two years. I stumbled upon Sierra Trading Post and right on the front page- Voila!- the boots I'd been looking for!!
I live in the city and walk a lot, so comfort is important. These boots are incredibly comfortable and I've already worn them walking on my errands. The shearling lines the entire boot, from toe to top, and that translates to warm and cozy. Plus, they're easy to get on and off with no zippers or buckles. I plan to treat them with a waterproofing spray, just for good measure, but when it comes to footwear in the winter, they're going to see their share of snow and slush, so a bit of maintenence is expected with anything not entirely utilitarian.
As for style, they're adorable! Several people have already asked me where I found them ( I told them, of course). The boots look great tucked into my jeans, with leggings and a long tunic and even with a skirt.
Exactly what I was looking for!

These will fit a fat foot By Nancy from Puget Sound on 11/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I paid attention to other comments & ordered a half size smaller, but they were too short. So I returned them & ordered my usual size, hoping everyone else was wrong. The truth is, if you have a narrow foot forget about these shoes--they're made for fat feet. But because they are so comfortable otherwise I kept trying different kinds of insoles, etc., trying to make them work. I finally gave up & sent them back, regretfully. It's too bad because they are sturdy, well made shoes otherwise.
By CO Botanist from Boulder, CO on 11/08/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Versatile Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The day after I received these shoes, it snowed. They are nice and cozy and so comfortable, although going through puddles was a bit wet. I also love the fact that I can insert my orthotics easily.
attractive, comfortable, rigid footbed By Rachel from Richmond, CA on 10/31/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I normally wear Dansko Sport clogs (mostly for work where I am constantly on my feet). These shearling lined clogs looked so cozy I had to give them a try. Wow! VERY comfortable and good looking shoe. I consider it a plus that the footbed is molded with good arch support and even more rigid than Dansko - they flex minimally at the forefoot - probably great shoe for folks with plantar faciitis or foot/toe fractures

By Bobbie from Utah on 10/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Well Personally I love these clogs,I bought them way last summer and tucked them away, got them out today as we got snow! Walked to work in them and I could not believe how comfy they are. I have ALOT of shoes, and about four pairs of wool lined boots, these are just right! [...] I would get another pair. I got my regular size and with socks they're just right. You could wear them without socks if you need more room I do that often too.
