Ghost Series Camo

Years ago Clay Mathews, founder of Montana Camo, Inc., felt that a better grade of camo would get him closer to prey, so he started Ghost Camo, creating camo designs in five different terrain types: Prairie Ghost (for grassland), Ridge Ghost (for higher altitude mountain environments), River Ghost (the best all-round camo that works well in riparian habitats), Northwoods Ghost (for tall hardwood forests) and Snow Ghost (for snowy backgrounds). Ghost Camo studied how animals saw their world, which led to two conclusions that would affect the design of their camo. 1) Depth perception is difficult for most game, and 2) Animals see their world in muted color tones. And so it was that Ghost Camo attempted to mimic nature with subdued natural colors and vertical patterns. This secret design process created the foundation for a series of breathable, waterproof and windproof camo products made for many hunting scenarios. You can't judge a book by its cover, but you can judge a hunter by their camo.
