By KS girl from Kansas on 11/01/2009 Pros: Cuts Glare, Good Fit, Good Visibility, Lens Quality, Stylish Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: So far, I feel like these goggles are going to work great for snow skiing, but have not hit the slopes yet. I'm hoping they perform well and bought them because of the polarized lens. I have a small face and usually buy youth goggles, but these fit snug enough. Even though they look a little large on my face, I'm planning to keep them anyway.
By eco231 from nyc on 10/22/2009 Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Zeal lenses are great but the plastic finish of this google looks like it has been in the sun too long.
Very nice over the glasses snow goggles By Soulsnosurfer from Stateline, NV on 10/22/2009 Pros: Good Fit, Good Visibility, Stylish Best Uses: Skiing, Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I look for otg every season because they are hard to find in terms of style, fit, not "fish bowl" like, and availability. Companies do not make too many updated styles of otg because they are not in high demand. I have checked out just about
every otg out there since the 90's--Oakley, Smith,
Uvex, Scott, Briko, etc.--and many of them were too large for my taste. Briko has a nice goggle, but they are to find in the U.S.(I had to order my
goggles from France). While surfing online this month, I noticed a goggle made by Zeal and decided
to take a chance and ordered one because I'm fairly sure I won't find one in south lake tahoe.
I'm happy I did because these goggles are not fish-bowl like(it is med-lg size)and they came in two colors that are hard to get in otg styles--red
or green. And at a nice price. I can't say how they will be in terms of fogging up or lens visibility because the season hasn't started yet at Heavenly, but I'm sure they will be fine. And for those of you who say try contacts or inserts, I have--I prefer wearing glasses.
By eco231 from nyc on 10/22/2009 Pros: Good Fit, Lens Quality, Stylish Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice goggle for a smaller person. Not too gaudy. Good match for all type of clothing. Have to return due to missing logo on top.
By Debbo from Worcester, MA on 10/22/2009 Pros: Good Visibility, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a small thin face and in the past I've had to wear junior-sized, but these goggles fit great! They're very stylish too. It's still too early to try them out on the mountain so I can't vouch for fogging, ventilation, etc. But in just trying them on they are very comfortable and fit great with my new R.E.D. helmet.
By Scooter Bum from Indialantic, FL on 10/15/2009 Pros: Clear, Comfortable Strap, Lightweight, Reduces Glare, Scratch Resistant Best Uses: Everyday Riding, Long Trips, Street Riding Motorsports: Scooter Enthusiant Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good clear vision that are comfortable to wear. Could use a thicker or long lasting foam on top vents. Face foam has kept its shape and comfort very well.
By XR Rider from Wyoming on 10/13/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Off-Road, Protection Motorsports: Motorcycle Enthusiast Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The other comments cover it. These don't have tear-offs, but have the posts to put tear-offs on. They work great with my Med. helmet. The only fogging probs I have are when walking/pushing/lifting my bike (XR650, heavy) with the goggles on.
By AF Doc stationed in Japan from Northern Japan on 10/13/2009 Pros: Cuts Glare, Does Not Fog, Good Airflow/Ventilation, Good Fit, Good Visibility, Lens Quality, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These have a wide field of vision (some goggles can cut off peripheral), and fit well with my helmet, while still allowing air to flow to keep fog out. I snowboard in every condition--deep powder, fog, when it's snowing/sleeting, you name it. These are a great product so far.
Great Goggle, Just too small By limedcorona from Boulder, CO on 10/09/2009 Pros: Cuts Glare, Does Not Fog, Good Airflow/Ventilation, Good Visibility, Lens Quality, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Skiing, Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These were great goggles. However, they were too small for my face. My Oakley A-Frames felt like a better fit but I liked the look and the lens of these. I ended up returning them and getting the Anon Realms. Haven't gotten 'em yet.
High quality goggles from Zeal By Jesus Quintana from North Hollywood, CA on 10/08/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Cons: Fax feature is cumbersome Best Uses: Church Services, Long Rides, Medium Rides, Off-Road, Poor Weather, Protection, Racing, Short Rides Motorsports: DH Mountain Biking Gang Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They're good goggles but mine didn't include the tear-offs that originally came in the package. Though, to be fair, I don't recall STP's product description mentioning that they did. It's just on the Zeal packaging. They're good, they're ventilated, they have permanent anti-fog treatment, siliconized strips inside strap to hold in place on helmet and like all Zeal goggles, you can get many different replacement lenses for them. Perhaps the best feature of all, is the fact that they do not come with a big, ghey, oval "O" on them. Anywhere. None of that gaudy "O" styling to be found.
