These shirts will only fit you if you are box shape (large waste and rear) If you are lean and trim you will have way more shirt than you know what to do with. These Shrits are for a waist size of 46 or larger regarldes the size of shirt. The only thing that changes sizewize is the sleve lenght/width.

This shirt is appropriate in most any casual or outdoor work activity. Somewhat heavier than other nylon shirts of this type, for 3 season wear. I will buy another if I can find one.

Good shirt. Order 1 or 2 sizes down.
By IanVerified Reviewer from Portland on 03/22/2009
Pros:
Durable
Cons:
Poor Fit, Runs large
Best Uses:
Camping, Outdoor Activities, Work
Describe Yourself:
Casual Adventurer
Chest Size:
Feels too big
Sleeve Length:
Feels too long
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
The fabric is very durable, but stiff and uncomfortable out of the box. Don't buy this as a 'night on the town' shirt. It's meant for heavy duty outdoor use. It also runs large. I ordered a M and had to return it for a S. It's still a tad big. It may run large as arborists need a large range of motion. Overall, this is a good shirt for working outdoors.

Arborwear Tech Shirt - Long Sleeve (For Men)

This shirt has a 50 UPF rating
By tommysandtrout from Tucson on 03/03/2009
Sleeve Length:
Feels too short
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
The blurb said only that the shirts were treated and did not give a UPF rating. So I was suspicious, but Arborwear advises me that the rating is 50. It is a relatively small large but fits me (42R) just fine.
