By Jam from Phoenixville, PA on 08/14/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I replaced a 110mm FSA OS-115 with this stem to get further out over the wheel and was I ever impressed. I heard complaints about the two bolt Easton system and lack of even clamping on the bars. I run IRD B2 carbon bars and this stem works just fine. I danced on the peddles and really got out over this stem and put it to task. No problems and no movement. Sorry guys, but your bars are the problem.
By Fred from NJ on 08/12/2008 Pros: Easy to Use, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Well made and a good deal. My only con is that the bars seem a bit flexible but that could be due to the added width (44cm vs. my old 40cm) or that it's a 26.0 diameter. Possibly going to a larger diameter like 31cm would help.

Easton says to use 2-bolt stems only By Pooh Bear from San Jose, CA on 07/31/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Strong Construction Cons: Requires 2 bolt stem Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I should have read all of the reviews, although the one that would have helped was vague. If you are upgrading and don't have a 2 bolt stem, add one of those to the cost of the upgrade. Other than that, a very nice handlebar.
Light, comfortable and a great upgrade By Lazy from NYC Metro Area on 07/31/2008 Pros: Ergonomic Design, Lightweight, Strong Construction, Versatile Best Uses: Road Biking, Upgrade Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These handlebars were a perfect upgrade to my Litespeed. This product, a new Easton Fork and Aspide saddle dropped 1 pound off my bike. They are stiff, well made and even though the 26mm is an older standard, my stem accepts this size and I couldn't be more pleased.
By AMD the Cyclist from Etowah, NC on 07/30/2008 Pros: Easy to Use, Lightweight Cons: Not for Heavy Riders Best Uses: Commuting, Long Rides, Road Bikes Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great buy for my single speed road bike. However, it only has a two bolt handlebar clamp which may not be strong enough for heavy duty trail use.
