By rissman from southern tier nys on 06/29/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Secures Handlebar Well, Strong Construction Describe Yourself: Casual Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I fell into this deal at just the right time. I've been building up my RB-1 as a flat bar road bike and this was the final piece of the puzzle to get the fit where I wanted. To get it for what I did was a big bonus.

By Izic from Colorado Springs, CO on 06/18/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Secures Handlebar Well, Strong Construction Best Uses: Mountain Biking, Road Biking, Upgrade Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Upgraded from a stock stem to the EA70 25.4. It's not as light as carbon but it's 50x cheaper and does the same thing. Make sure to get compatible handlebars and you're golden. This stem does what any good stem should do. It looks nice too.

Prior to adding the Aero Bars, I had the Iron Man Aero bars. The Eastons are much lighter and add a lot of comfort to the ride as well as speed. BEST PRICE ON THE INTERNET too!

By Ridin' on Carbon from Holly, MI on 04/19/2009 Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great looks, crazy light, solid so far. I've heard horror stories of carbon mtb posts; broken, slipping, scratches, etc.. I've had none of these problems. It took a little work to get the right tension on the clamp but I've put 100 plus miles on it now and no problems. I ride all single track and it really softens the bumbs on my hardtail. I run Easton post, stem, and bar. They all work great. Thanks STP!!!!!
