By Mike from Ellicott City, MD on 04/07/2008 Best Uses: No good for 650c wheels Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Stay away from this item! The fork is about 1 1/2" too short to fit a 650c wheel road bike. Its nowhere near the length that it should be so I had to send it back. Before I did, I took it to my bike shop where the repair guy thought it was a defective product that Easton made too short - he said he couldn't figure out any use for it - or any road bike of standard size that it would fit - he confirmed that it was nowhere near the right length.
Beautiful fork at a great price. By mike from NE Florida on 03/30/2008 Pros: Aero, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Long Rides, Road Bikes Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The Carbon aero fork will be part of my new Carbent Sea Dragon recumbent bike. Light enough for all use, its aero form and visual appeal made it my choice. The significant price savings here at Sierra trading made the purchase possible.
By Rider from Toronto, Canada on 03/27/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Easton makes a great product and this is no execption.
By Mazz from Peckville, Pa. on 03/27/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These bars were an awesome deal for the money considering they were Easton,it made it a simple decision to purchase. I couldn't find a better bar anywhere for the price. I love the ergo shape and top quality of Easton products.
By Bob from Seattle, WA on 03/25/2008 Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: For a[$]stem you can't really go wrong. It's not the lighest or the flashiest, and I probably wouldn't use this stem for a carbon bar & steerer tube setup, but for a basic aluminum setup, you can't beat the price. And it's oversized so it won't be obsolete for at least a few more years.
Strong, light & cheap I picked 3 By muddy slide here I come from steamboat springs, CO on 03/23/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Usually you can only pick 2 of those. A stem's a stem, but this one was light and cheap & the right size.
By Commuter from Steamboat Springs, CO on 03/23/2008 Pros: Easy to Use, Lightweight Best Uses: Commuting, Long Rides, Road Bikes Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Been looking for an upgrade for our cross bikes, I bought them because they were light, but didn't realize how comfortable they would be on rough roads. They really improve the ride quality
