Gevril GV2 Explorer Automatic Watch By DAS from Chicago, IL on 04/28/2009 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Good Quality, Looks and feels expensive, Reliable, Stylish, Very well made Describe Yourself: Athletic, High End Shopper, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: unbelievably priced high end watch! the watch is on a larger side, as well as heavier! superior leather band w/adjustable clasp - so it works like a regular metal band - watch is high quality and on par with a much more expensive competition (tag, rolex, etc.) highly recommend! (this is my second Gevril). good luck!
By Dr L from Fairfax VA on 03/16/2009 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Good Quality, Reliable, Stylish Best Uses: Everyday, Formal Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This made a very nice present for the kid. He's gone through so many junk watches that it was time to get in something solid.
By All New Now from Milwaukee, WI on 02/28/2009 Pros: Easy To Read, Good Quality, Reliable, Stylish Describe Yourself: Classic, High End Shopper, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like this watch a lot and bought it at a great price. I have not worn it enough to rate its reliability, and how it functions. I rely on the great service I have always recieved from Sierra Trading Post for years to correct anything that arises. On side note, I recently found a pair of broken Sunglasses that I lost track of from several years ago. I took a chance on sending them back for a different pair, I recieved the different pair without question and am very happy with them. You dont find that kind of service anywhere else, I would probably work for this company for FREE, just to be involved with this type of teamwork!!
Great quality, great buy! By All New Now from Milwaukee, WI on 02/25/2009 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Good Quality, Reliable, Stylish Best Uses: Everyday, Formal Describe Yourself: Classic Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great watch. I only have a few watches, but I like this one very much. Great quality, nice conservative look that will always be in style, and a great watch. I have a Rolex that I wear every day, but this is a great addition and looks more business like, thanks for a great deal.

By bigmike from miami, fl on 02/01/2009 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Good Quality, Reliable, Stylish Best Uses: Everyday, Travel Describe Yourself: High End Shopper, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've had this watch for a week, It's an attention ETA movement that is pretty generic. My only peeve is that it runs about 7 seconds fast, i hope it stabilises after a reasonable break-in period. it should be noted that Swiss Chronometer Spec is +/- 7 seconds in a 24hr period so i'm quite happy with this watch. It came in a beautiful wood box with compartments for another watch and a couple of rings, i was really impressed.
Great watch for Gadget lover By Watch man from Southern New Jersey on 01/30/2009 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Good Quality, Reliable, Stylish Cons: Complex for average user Best Uses: Casual, Chronograph functions, Everyday, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic, High End Shopper, Modern, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Being a watch lover who looks for high quality specimens with unique characteristics, this watch fits the bill. It is not for the average watch user who just wants the date and time with no complications.
Beware, Call first before you order! By Flip from VA. Beach, Va on 01/22/2009 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Good Quality, Stylish Describe Yourself: Athletic, High End Shopper, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered this watch a month ago and when I received it, it was used. The watch band was already altered(sized), the watch was not wrapped and no paperwork. I called to exchange but I had the last one, so I returned it. Looks like they put it back into inventory for a resale. Call first to make sure this is a NEW watch.
By Daddy-O from Newport Beach, CA on 01/16/2009 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Good Quality, Reliable, Stylish Describe Yourself: Athletic, High End Shopper, Modern, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a fine example of the classic airplane instrument style watch, With the very reliable and workhorse ETA 6897 17 movement. Great quality case and finish work at a really great price. As only 500 were made in Black PVD, it's very exclusive. I wish it had a hack, but otherwise it's perfect. By T-Rav from SLC, UT on 01/14/2009 Pros: Looks great, Stylish Describe Yourself: High End Shopper, Stylish Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: My first watch's chronograph broke within a week. The replacement Sierra sent broke in the first 10 minutes. The manufacturer didn't care since it wasn't purchased from an authorized dealer. This is an example of a once fine watchmaker who is going under, living on name alone.
