By Fitness Fanatic from Lake Tahoe on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This has a nice, soft feel, and a good fit. I am petite (Mountain Hardwear XS always fits me perfectly to give you a target), and I found this shirt fitted, but not snug - it was just a touch loose.
It will work perfectly as a base layer for the winter. I have the white, and it is too see-through for wearing alone.
I also like the neckline which is a slight scoopneck (not the least bit revealing); a nice break from base layers with a tight neck, and a better look for wearing casually under a sweater when not out on active pursuits.
I marked it down a star because it is a little long in the body and sleeves. Luckily, the sleeves are relatively fitted and the material is thin enough that it tucks in without a problem.
By yoga want-a-be from kansas on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this base layer. Actually, I wear a t-shirt under it to wear around the house or to do outside activities but I plan to use it as a second layer when I go skiing. It is very, very soft. I bought the blue and it is very pretty and has a shine which makes look nicer than fleece. The size was true. I like that it is fitted. I bought 3 more to give as gifts for Christmas.

great deal for a warm baselayer By avid outdoorswoman from ithaca NY on 10/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a warm soft base layer, also pretty alone. Has a thicker feel than cotton or silk, so not a "light" layer, but good for cold days. I wear a small and like a fitted base layer, but this shirt feels more relaxed, which functions fine, but certainly not slim.

The location of the seams makes it very flattering
