I like the earmuffs because it doesn't flatten my hair when walking from parking garage to work. Sometimes hats get my head to hot with prolonged walking & earmuffs with a hood or alone are just right.

Comments:
The great advantage of ear warmers is that you can wear them with a regular hat and they look reasonable. These are comfy and do a great job of protecting ears from wind, but they block far more sound than a watch cap or fleece headband. If you are used to audio cues, you will have to pay close attention. They are nice and warm, though, and they are great for going to work or other contexts for which a fleece headband or wool watch cap is not appropriate.

Not true one size fits all
By DL from NY, NY on 02/11/2009
Pros:
Good Protection, Warm
Cons:
Not one size fits all
Best Uses:
Casual Wear
Sizing:
Feels half size too small
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Needs the ability to extend a bit more. Mine barely fits around and covers both ears. Other than that a solid product. If you have a smaller head than this is perfect to keep ears warm

I bought the men's version because I found the women's version was too small and didn't stay on my head. These fit me perfectly and cover my ears completely (the men's version has a larger ear width than the women's). They are unbelievably warm. I highly recommend them!
