It does a great job at blocking the wind from your skin. It lets your skin breath, so you don't get overheated. Very comfortable material. Does not bunch up around your waist when you run.

By JH in Waconia from Waconia, MN on 10/22/2009 Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It is just as described. The shirt seems to fit well and is cute. It will be a great shirt for running in 50+ weather, or as a base layer in the winter. I'm 5'3" and it the length is just right, any taller and it might be too short (I purchased a small).

By Debbie the 4 a.m. runner from Colton NY on 10/19/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Cold Weather, Running Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great jacket. I really like the color and the fit is pretty good. The arms are a bit long but it doesn't bother me because I just pull my hands up inside when running. It feels really light weight but it has kept me warm in 20 deg weather running with just one layer underneath.
warm hoodie with shoulder issue By larunner from ohio on 10/19/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good for cold running, Great Color, Soft Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Chest Size: Feels too small Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this xotherm zoot hoodie to replace the other one that sierra has listed: Zoot Sports Runfit Hoodie Sweatshirt (For Women). I had to send the other one back due to the medium being much too snug. There was no large size in the other one, so i decided to replace it with this xotherm version which did have a large and is a bit heavier. The one i sent back looked slightly more stylish and sleek, but this xotherm is nice-looking as well and provides more coverage for colder runs. it seems to be good for temps in the 30s and below, as it was a tad too much material for the low 40s. it is EXTREMELY soft inner belly area. i am glad i took the time to exchange the other one, as i really needed the bigger size and ended up with a better hoodie. the only thing that may not appeal to some is the slightly poofy shoulders. it's not a huge puff, but i like sleek, fitted shoulders and this particular design really has no purpose in running gear (IMO). but that's the only negative to this quality piece of apparel. for the price, i got over the shoulder design in about 2 minutes. oh, and order a size up. they run small. hope this helps.
By Jesse the Runner from Minneapolis, MN on 10/19/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is comfortable and windproof. I love the thumb loops and hand protection. I wore it running in 34 degree weather with only a long-sleeve t shirt underneath and was totally warm. One complaint: my electrolyte gel packets kept leaping out of the pockets on the back of the jacket (due to the open pockets and my bouncy running motion). Also, if you are a man with a large torso, you might find the jacket a little snug. Nevertheless, a great jacket overall.
GREAT companion for an early morning run By Running Addict from Taos, NM on 10/12/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Hiking, Running, Skiing, Snow shoeing Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Keeps me warm during my early morning runs. Good wicking capabilities, and nice wind protection. Length is great for those with long torsos who are tired of having a cold gap between their tops and bottoms. I have VERY long arms, and the sleeves could be just a tad longer to provide more comfort while using the thumbholes. Fit is very snug (especially in the hip area). Thus, this product may not be suitable for those with a curvy figure (even if a larger size is purchased).
