I was looking for a pair of shorts that I could wear for both activities without having to change inbetween. I haven't ever had a pair of tri shorts, but I wish I had 5 pairs of these. Love them.

As a novice bike rider doing the the 30 mi. route I can say I like them very much. It was raining part of the ride and other times muggy in the 90's. The shorts dried well, and felt cool and light the entire ride.

I'm 5'0 and fairly petite, but with some healthy curves, too. Most shorts are way short or long on me. These have a low rise fit and are just the right length. The fabric is soft and silky- it will show sweat, but they are so comfy that you won't care. My farthest run in these so far is 14 miles- no chafing, no rubbing! I am actually considering buying an extra pair because I love them so much :)
