By ElkHntr from Eau Claire WI on 04/17/2008 Best Uses: Big Game Hunting Describe Yourself: Experienced Hunter Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Having another pack from Badlands I was expecting a more ruggged strap system. While the pack overall is well built, the stap system is flimsy and leaves a lot to be desired.

By Color me disappointed from Maryland on 12/12/2007 Describe Yourself: Experienced Hunter Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Too much of the pack is not camouflaged. All the straps and belt are light beige, and it is not as quiet as it should be. I returned the product.

Fanny Pack doesn't fit the bill By Hunt all day from Long Island on 12/05/2007 Cons: Can only bear light load, Poorly designed Best Uses: Can double as a gear bag Describe Yourself: Experienced Hunter Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was very disappointed with this product and returned it. It looks great out of the box, but could not handle even moderate weight as the unit would easily become displaced and proved impossible to use. Would benefit from an additional upper belt or well designed shoulder straps.
Great for the walking varmint hunter By Old Pa from Northwoods on 11/20/2007 Pros: Fills a necessary nitch, Improves Performance, Works Well Describe Yourself: Experienced Hunter Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: With a 70oz CamelBack insert full of water, my rain gear, firstaid, 600 Kcal of energy bars, and ammunition in it, my regular rolled up shooting map straps on it vertically and I'm good to go all day. With the offroad driving regs in the national grasslands, this gets me walking to where I need to go with what I need to have along. I have already recommended it.

It's great for hot weather birds or game. It's comfortable, cool, and "slick" through the brush. It's just the right size for lunch, camera, GPS, and all the small stuff you need. Like all Badlands products, it works perfectly.

Fanny pack with back pack qualities By Skydyke from Crowhurt , Wy on 09/11/2007 Cons: Lack of internal pockets Best Uses: Big Game Hunting Describe Yourself: Experienced Hunter Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: All in all I think this is a well built product .
