By Fashion and Comfort from Cape Coral, FL on 10/30/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, High Quality Cons: Sleeves Too Long, Unflattering fit Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Outdoor Activities, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Normally, this style is very flattering for my body shape. I ordered my size and I could not get it on. I ordered the next size and it is still too tight. I am short waisted, so the design hit me in all the wrong places. This would be best on a long waisted woman. The hem also curled up.
By puddleduck from Boston, MA on 10/29/2009 Pros: Almost full coverage, Waterproof Cons: Not super-breathable Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like this raincoat a lot -- it's both functional and stylish, and practically eliminates the need for an umbrella. it's not breathable the way a gore-tex jacket would be, so don't recommend for anything besides walking or moderate physical activity. (I got really sweaty riding my bike in this.) but it's great for a cold rainy wet windy day.
Waterproof, lightweight and fashionable By Renaissance Woman from Willamette Valley, Oregon on 10/29/2009 Pros: Dress it up or down, Truly Waterproof Best Uses: Hiking, Running around town, Shopping Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought the bright rose, because colors with a little blue in them flatter my pale skin. (The lime would be great on a tan.) Yesterday, wearing my new raincoat, I slid in wet leaves and fell face-down a steep driveway. To my pleasant surprise, nothing tore and the ground-in mud scrubbed out with a washcloth and a little hand soap. Good as new! I need real protection from Oregon's heavy rain, but hate looking like a water buffalo in stiff rubberized outerwear. This coat is fun and durable.
By Barbini from Marin Co. , Ca. on 10/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Feels great on,with just the right amount of stretch. I like a snug neck, and this one has it. Really like the horizontal ribbing across the upper chest (flattering on small-breasted ladies), and the snug torso and waist. Perfect length to wear un-tucked. Colors are nice too- got the whitish-grey, and the brown, which is really pretty- not too dark. Only con is I washed on gentle cycle, and laid flat to dry, and it lost some shape, but ironing fixed it. May have it dry cleaned in future. Want more colors.
By diane from kansas city on 10/29/2009 Cons: Fits too snug, Sleeves Too Short Best Uses: Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Conservative Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It was not as comfortable as other fleece items
Great! Not for those with curves By Elizabeth from Bay Area, CA on 10/29/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, High Quality Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shirt uses high quality material and workmanship. Great color, cute style. I think it if for more of the model type body, not much chest and pretty straight in the waist. Not my body, but I kept it anyway. It's a comfortable casual shirt
By dp from montana on 10/29/2009 Cons: Need to return, Poor Fit Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: need something different, not a fit for me
By kms from Houghton, MI on 10/28/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I didn't really get to wear this coat though it seemed nice and warm - the fit was very wrong. I am tall (5'11") and the tapered waist on this jacket hit right around my ribs. Too bad because the sleeves were nice and long.
Stylish but lacking comfort By Sarister from Boulder, CO on 10/27/2009 Pros: Durable, Stylish, Warm Cons: Constricts Movement, Irregular Size Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Downhill Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was looking for a jacket that would hold up in light winter sports and be stylish. I think this would do the trick but it is not very comfortable. It seems to be sized small, which I am finding with most Lole items. I normally wear a 6-8/M but I would have needed a 10 in this coat. The reason I returned without exchange was because of the cuffs. They were about 5" long made of stiff elastic...very uncomfortable! I prefer something with velcro at the cuff so that a glove can fit under and it can ride over the hand if needed.
A little to tight for comfort By Sarister from Boulder, CO on 10/27/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight, Well Made Best Uses: Daily Use, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Runs small as do most Lole items. I normally wear a sz. 6-8/M but this was about a 1/2 size to tight. The chocolate was a great color and it was well made but I was looking for something with a tad bit more room and comfort.
