My worry was that she wouldn't like wearing it and the minute I put it on her, she has not wanted to take it off. It is comfortable and lightweight. Its usage is limitless. I hate pink and this pink isn't too girly, actually goes with a lot of her things. It is a little loose but I knew that b/c their measurements were accurate. She will grow into it when she does more adventurous things. The straps were a little difficult to adjust, but it could be b/c it is a little too large for her head size at the moment. And she thought the PINK was really COOL. Will be used as a spare SNOW helmet, and for all casual wheeled sports (board, skate, etc.)..... Will have her wear her higher quality bike helmet for mountain biking, which is lighter, adjusts for a snugger fit, and has more ventilation. But for everything else, this is the helmet she grabs on the way out the door (and all her friends want one, just like it).

So this does a double duty as a spare ski/snowboard helmet, and a COOL helmet that she can wear biking. Will still probably have her wear a higher end biking helmet on the mountain bike trails, for a better fit and better ventilation, but this helmet is the favorite for school/around town riding.
