By Pastiche from Philadelphia, PA on 02/06/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These gloves are seriously made to be worn maybe once a month. All I do is wear them to school they've already worn through three fingers. They're certainly cute looking, but ridiculously not functional.
By lydia the tree farmer from Nashville, Tennessee on 02/01/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Length, Soft, Warm Best Uses: As A Fashion Accessory, Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Going Out Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought the black and ruby scarf as a birthday present for my sister, along with the matching gloves. She loved it. I also bought the black and oatmeal scarf for myself. It matches the Carolina Amato hand crocheted double gloves in the same color. It looks great with my black Tasha Polizzi fur-trim jacket.

Too juvenile and cheap looking By Frenchaholic from Nyack, NY on 01/23/2009 Describe Yourself: Style Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Type Of Shopper: High-end Shopper Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Looks better on the website but in person very juvenile looking and the beading makes it look cheap. Returning item.

By North from Philadelphia, PA on 01/17/2009 Pros: Beautiful, Comfortable, Durable, Excellent craftsmanship, Good Grip, Snug Fit, Warm, Windproof Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are gorgeous, soft, well-made city gloves. They're warm and fairly wind-resistant, fit beautifully, are thin and snug enough that you can use a cell phone wearing them, and the details and craftsmanship are great. They wouldn't be appropriate for wilderness use: they'd get trashed, and because they're so thin, they wouldn't be warm enough for being outside in the cold all day. This is the second pair of Carolina Amato gloves I've owned, and I always get compliments on them.
Looks great but don't look for warmth By Bookworm from Rochester, NY on 01/13/2009 Pros: Nice detail on wrist, Rich color Cons: Might wear out quickly, Not Warm, Not Waterproof, Not Weatherproof Best Uses: Wear for effect only Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: There was a minor flaw in the knitting, but not enough to count. No pad on palm means not too good for driving. Good for short distance from vehicle to building.
