By bicycleagent003 from Ventura, CA on 09/15/2009 Describe Yourself: Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Tore on day one of a backpacking trip. I was hanging the bag on a branch and the bag rubbed against the tree. It might have falled, too, I'm not sure. The bag ripped in two spots. Not rugged enough for outdoor use.
Pacific Outdoor does the job. By Avoiding Work from Louisivlle, CO on 09/14/2009 Pros: Good Capacity, Strong Material, Waterproof Best Uses: Boating, Walking in a downpour Describe Yourself: Professional Guide Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a pretty good sized bag. So don't go thinking that it'll work as a bag for a couple necessary items if you live somewhere wet. I coach rowing, and it is great to toss in the launch with me in the morning, and not have to worry that my extra layers or video camera or whatever is going to get soaked. It IS a messenger bag though (which makes getting it around easier), so keep in mind that it does have a padded mesh panel on the back. So far that part has been kept pretty dry, so can't say how it'll fare. But even if it were sopping wet, I would still be pretty happy with having all my stuff as dry as when I put it in the bag.
By Babyblue1946 from West Lafayette, INdiana on 08/30/2009 Cons: Tears Easily, Wears Quickly Best Uses: Indoors, Large Pets, Medium Pet Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I at first thought these were great beds, but the netting at the ends tears very easily and then the foam is everywhere. My dogs are old and do not dig or chew, this is just very poor quality netting. [...]. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Excellent Bag for the Money By MrBobzilla from Ventura, CA on 08/19/2009 Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Strong Material, Tight Closure, Water-resistant Best Uses: Adventure Racing, Backpacking, Fishing, Kayaking, Paddling, Sailing Describe Yourself: Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This hip bag is quite roomy and although well-made, the bag is more water resistant than actually being "waterproof". If I were transporting delicate camera / electronic equipment in the bag, I'd still wrap those devices in plastic. The bag has adjustable straps to contour the shape of the bag to the size of the load that you're transporting.
Perfect Size & Color What I wanted By Southern Comfort from Hotlanta, GA on 08/19/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable For Pet, Easy To Clean, Long Lasting, Soft, Thick Best Uses: Indoors, Medium Pet, Travel Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought the cutest pink, white, black & lime fabric dog bed with a nice rise to the back and high rolled sides. I just wasn't pleased with the bottom pad it came with. This is perfect. The first thing I noticed on my computer screen was the color, the pale pink, love it! Amazing dog bed on it's own and will make the finishing touch for the bottom bed cushion in the pink striped dog bed. I can't believe the deals I find on Sierra Trading!
