Great, especially for short women By Davidchef from Shenendoah valley Va on 11/13/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Easy To Take On And Off, Good Footing, Petit women, Sizing is great for, Tough Material Best Uses: Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing, Saltwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: my short (petit wife) was contemplating spending 500 on custom waders. These work well as the bootie (foot) is not too big and the legs not too long.
By lara from Monument, CO on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight, Lots Of Pockets, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Extreme Conditions, Hut trips, Snowboarding, Snowshoeing Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this jacket. I have the light smoke pants and they are my favorite for winter sports, so I figured I'd give the jacket a go. I've taken it snowboarding twice, and I love it. I've felt toasty in 30 degree weather.
I usually wear a small in Patigonia tops/jackets, but the medium (I'm 5'10" and 130lbs) gave me enough room to layer a fleece and likely a down vest within the jacket. I also love that the sleeves are extra long, which keep my wrists warm (unlike other jackets I own that are too short in the arms) because I can tuck my gloves into them.
By ezzie from LA,NM on 11/13/2009 Pros: Breathable, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I think this is a nice jacket. Softer fabric, 'tranquil teal' color is pleasant. I like the longer length and roomy cut that allows for layering, plus it has great features! I didn't buy it because it has a warmer lining than I wanted......I was looking for more of a shell for cross country skiing.
By well shod from sedona AZ on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Grip, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use for working. I like to consume as responsible as I can. Patagonia fits that need. This shoe fits and wears well and has become more comfortable over a week of wear. Nice leathers and stitching. I hope they hold up the test of time.
By House Cat from Texas on 11/12/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Cute, Durable, Stylish Best Uses: Barbecues, Everyday, Travel, Walking Describe Yourself: Casual, Trendy Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great sandals, great price. Tried them on and left them on all day! By Typhoon from Ontario on 11/12/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these to use for my daily walks, and now I'm wearing them all the time. I bought my usual 8.5, and they are a tiny bit roomy, but somehow, they manage to be very comfortable just the same. My arches are high, so I need good support, and these shoes have it without being harsh.
I wish there were other colors available (this "black" is really a dark gray, but it's nice just the same) I'd buy them all.
By Stubby Jo from Golden CO on 11/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable Best Uses: Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear 8 1/2 and due to other comments wnet up toa 9 and it was perfect. Never worn Patagonia shoes and took a chance. Very comfy and stable.
By Laverne from Dillon, CO on 11/12/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear these shoes when I'm out & about and they are very comfortable. Because of plantar fasciitis, I have problems finding shoes I can wear for extended periods that don't hurt my feet. I love how they're in the Mary Jane Style - they are super quick to get on & off (especially helpful at the airport). The soles are extremely rugged (without being bulky) - which is great when I'm walking the dog on the dirt trails.
