Patagonia

Patagonia

Patagonia is much more than an outdoor clothing company. Patagonia’s proactive approach centers on using products and processes that are least harmful to the environment... giving outdoor enthusiasts products that support the enjoyment and preservation of the earth and its delicate resources. Patagonia was the first outdoor clothing company to produce Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR®) fleece (made from plastic soda bottles) and began manufacturing their entire sportswear line of 100% organic cotton in 1996. Although it takes more time, knowledge and money to do so, Patagonia understands the importance of sustainable products and supporting bio-diversity and healthy ecosystems. Patagonia clothing is long-lasting, stylish and performance-driven to wick moisture, repel water and insulate during outdoor adventures. Donating one percent of sales to restoration and preservation of the environment and supporting over one thousand environmental grant programs, Patagonia is true to its promise to be "committed to the core."

Patagonia Pinhook Trail Shoes - Recycled Materials (For Women)

Undecided
By Topshot from baltimore md on 11/11/2009
Pros:
Comfortable
Cons:
Poor Support, unstable
Best Uses:
Everyday
Describe Yourself:
Casual Adventurer
Sizing:
Feels half size too small
Width:
Feels true to width
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
These shoes are very very comfortable. I also like the sole. However, the fabric part of the shoe had somewhat shoddy construction and they don't look like they will hold up too well. Also, they provide very poor support in terms of keeping the foot stable so I won't wear them to the gym or on more demanding hikes with uneven terrain. They're great for running errands around town and casual walking. The orange trim is a garish shade of coral. I ordered 1/2 size up and I'm glad I did.

I always wait a couple weeks before leaving any comments on products, as I like to give myself ample opportunity to test it out. These pants are great. They fit well, look great, and the construction quality seems very good. Not much else to say but great value at STP's price
