Pentax DCF MC II Compact Binoculars By Fisherman from Ogden Utah on 04/27/2009 Pros: I liked the size of them, Strong Construction Cons: Cant use weyeglasses, Difficult to Use, Unstable Best Uses: Bird Watching, Hiking/Backpacking, Person without glasses, Travel Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Was hard to get a consistant field of vision with my glasses on. It was also kind of difficult even without my glasses. These binoculars seemed to have a very critical focal point distance. e,g., the Slightest movement would cause a blank out on one side or the other, then I would have to either spread the barrels out a little bit, or bring them together slightly. Then when I finally achieved a full field of vision, I had to be hold them very steady in order to prevent the blank out on one side or the other. It may be quite different for someone else's application and physical eye characteristics.
