By Hipless Hippie from southern CA on 11/07/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Great color, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Gym, Running, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shorts are great but they are listed here as having a longer inseam than the 3.5" they really are. They also "scoop up" shorter at the sides -- a nice feature, but the shorts you get are not the shorts you see in the pic. Just a heads up!

By missy in the mountains from boulder, CO on 11/04/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: sizing is all wrong. I usually wear a medium, but even a large was too small. I was dissapointed because it was cute. I returned it.

By Matt from Pittsburgh on 10/31/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Good Pockets and Features Best Uses: Bad Weather, Commuting, Road Racing Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I live in Pittsburgh and got this for the freezing winters. I have worn it a couple of times so far in mid to low 40 degree weather and it is awesome. Breathes really nice while keeping me warm. Plan to use a lot during winter with a thermal layer underneith and a wind jacket. I think I will be good to go down to at least mid 20's with this combo. I have broad shoulders and the width is perfect for me which is hard for me to find. It does seem an inch short for my tastes and the sleeves seem to be an inch long. Thats my only beef with it though and don't mind that much because the trmp inside is perfect and dry. Plenty of storage and a nice reflector strip across bottom back add a little edge as well.
By Cannondale Lover from Fort Lee, NJ on 10/31/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Good Pockets and Features Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Just a little too baggy in the midsection for a bicycle jersey. I am a 41 year old with a small padding in my midsection, and still feel the jersey's mid-section's too baggy. It's a great product, though, as can be expected from Pearl Izumi. Comfortable and great design.
By wannacycleallday from New York City on 10/31/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Good Pockets and Features, Lightweight, Stylish Cons: Poor Fit, Runs small at bottom, Weak Material or Stitching Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this to wear as an outer layer in cooler weather. I tried it out once for a 20 mile ride and my complaint is the same as the first reviewer's. If you wear any kind of knapsack, the straps will rub on the breathable part of the jacket that runs down the side of your body. After one use I could see some pilling. Secondly, the fit was too tight in the hip in a medium. I actually have small hips and Medium is my size. So go figure. It is a flattering piece and stylish but the points I mentioned were a deal breaker. I'm returning it.
