By Oh2dance from Southeastern USA on 08/11/2008 Pros: Colorful, Dog Likes It, Easy to Clean, Fun, Safe, Tough Best Uses: Active Dogs, Indoors, Larger Dogs, Older Dogs, Outdoors, Puppies, Smaller Dogs Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My dog loves this. It's bright and easy to see in the yard, floats well, and is very tough and sturdy. It stands up to strenuous use and tugs of war. Seems to be really well made of very tough material that will last a long time. Wish I'd bought more.
By yo dude from spokane wa on 08/11/2008 Cons: Breaks Easily, In pieces after 2 days Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: do not purchase if your dog likes to chew
By Elizabeth from Montezuma, New Mexico on 08/07/2008 Cons: Breaks Easily, Choking Hazard Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Our dog is not a chewer--more of a licker and a soft-mouther (Golden Retriever), so I was shocked to see that the seam had split and the fluff was spilling out within 5 minutes of his playing with the toy. Would not buy again. He has soft toys that we got a [...]when he was a puppy that are still intact, and this "tough" toy didn't last an hour.
By Eric the Shopper from Carmel, IN on 07/28/2008 Pros: Colorful, Dog Likes It, Tough Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Comments: My terrier typically destroys toys quickly. This has lasted two weeks and he loves it.
By mapfam from Michigan on 07/27/2008 Pros: Colorful, Dog Likes It, Easy to Clean, Fun, Safe, Tough Cons: Needs a stronger squeaker Best Uses: Active Dogs, Indoors, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Veterinarian Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: good as a solitary toy or as a tug and toss.
By Smudge from Midland, Michigan on 07/24/2008 Pros: Colorful, Dog Likes It, Easy to Clean, Fun, Safe, Tough Best Uses: Active Dogs, Larger Dogs, Older Dogs, Outdoors, Puppies Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It floats so it's a good water toy. You can use the handle to tug-of-war or to throw it for fetching. My dog uses the handle to shake the heck out of it, whapping her sides with it over and over again. She likes the squeaky too. Of course the handle can be chewed thru but she hasn't been able to chew thru the fire hose part...it's better to use this toy with your pet.
By Bargain Shopper from Detroit Area, MI on 07/17/2008 Pros: Colorful, Dog Likes It, Fun, Safe Cons: Breaks Easily, Hard to Keep Clean Best Uses: Active Dogs, Indoors, Larger Dogs Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Comments: This toy is a geat idea. But it is not durable enough. Only a medium size or larger dog can hold the toy in it's mouth. But the toy will not withstand play by a medium size dog. My medium size dog destroyed the toy in one day. The stitching failed. The dog loved the toy while it lasted.
By B Boppin Betty from Whitefish, MT on 12/13/2007 Pros: Colorful, Dog Likes It, Easy to Clean, Fun, Safe, Tough Best Uses: Active Dogs, Larger Dogs Describe Yourself: New Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is great toy for doggie-doggie tug o'war and owner-doggie tug o'war. Great colors and very durable.
By howard the hounder from loveland, co on 12/05/2007 Pros: Dog Likes It, Rugged and able to hang Describe Yourself: New Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great for our one year old yellow lab to pull and pull and pull and pull. Doesn't tear or rip for many hours. Needs a squeek noise to be perfect, but the best we've found to play PULL with.
