Good lightweight solution By Jerry from Salem, OR on 11/11/2009 Pros: Close Focus, Compact, Lightweight Best Uses: Hunting, Wildlife Viewing Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A good lightweight set of field glasses. I found them a little hard to focus (must be very exact) but I'm getting used to that. Also there is some "halo" type reflection at the bottom of the view when looking toward the sun. Not sure that other optics wouldn't do the same thing though. Nice clear sharp picture once you get used to the focus on these powerful glasses. No problems in light rain/snow.
Excellent! Clear bright image. SOLID! By SmittyNYUSA from Long Island, NY on 11/10/2009 Pros: Compact, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Better optics than my Nikon and Steiner ultra compact models. Slightly larger but still very easy to carry. Very solid feel. Little bit heavier than other brands.
Great binoc's for the price!
By djcrone from Northern Calif on 11/05/2009 Pros: Close Focus, Compact, Lightweight, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction Best Uses: Hunting, Wildlife Viewing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These bioculars have a very narrow focus window, but they are very clear when you get in that window. Size is great for hunting.

By Hunting fanatic from Newport Beach, California on 10/29/2009 Pros: Compact, Great Value, Lightweight, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction Cons: Doesnt come with a case, Strap is a bit chincy Best Uses: Anytime, Bird Watching, Hunting, Sporting Events/Concerts, Wildlife Viewing Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are by far the best glasses for the price!!! I did a comparison to all glasses in this price range, namely Nikon and Leupold and these came up on top. The auto focus function is awesome! I would recommend these to anyone who is looking in the $200-$400 price range!
great value for the price By El Gato from Woodbridge, VA on 10/24/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction Best Uses: Hunting, Sporting Events/Concerts, Wildlife Viewing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have owned a pair of these binoculars since 1983 and they are still working great despite frequent heavy use. The 8X30 provides me with good field of view and plenty of magnification for my needs (Eastern and Western U.S. hunting and general use). I have recommended these to several friends and all have been very satisfied.
By Al the Archer from Colorado Springs, CO on 10/20/2009 Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Quality Lenses Best Uses: Bird Watching, Hunting, Sporting Events/Concerts, Wildlife Viewing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have no complaints. The clarity and quality is better than any other set of binoculars that I examined for anywhere near the same price. Otherwise, there is nothing particularly special about this product.
