By LABiker from Lo-Cal So. Cal. on 01/18/2009 Cons: Poor Fit, Restrictive breathing Best Uses: Downhill, Snowmobiling Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Cannot recommend this for any activity requiring heavy breathing: too restrictive, and doesn't really get a good seal without the user effectively pursing their lips. Essentially, it amounts to breathing thru a Brasso scouring pad. Useless for any sort of exercise, I can only surmise using it for snowmobiling or downhill skiing, where you have a motor or ski lift doing the heavy lifting for you.

Lots of hype and strange design By snow lover from seattle on 12/31/2008 Cons: Poor Fit, Retains Odor Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I found the fit and design to be very odd, and none of my friends could make it fit their face / chin / nose. I think the idea is fine, but I'll be sending it back for a refund.
great idea, poor execution By Saximus Loquascious from Missoula, MT on 12/23/2008 Cons: Poor Fit, Retains Odor Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Just doesn't form fit very well.
By Rehab Doc from Cleveland, OH on 12/22/2008 Pros: Breathing warm air in 7F, Good Protection, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Works amazingly well. Need to pull band up to top of head to keep mask from falling off. Also need to press top of mask when exhaling to keep air from blowing up and fogging glasses. Breathing is slow, so not suitable for anything more strenuous than a casual walk. I have a trim face. Maybe would fit a heavier person better.
By Rocket Ron from Northern New York on 12/09/2008 Pros: Breathable, Good Protection, Warm Best Uses: Backcountry, Downhill Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good protection in sub-zero skiing applications. A little bit bulky. I had trouble with seal between mask and googles, but I think a different pair of googles would have sealed up better.
