By stuckintx from Austin, TX on 08/16/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It says it is classic fit, but I would say it is more fitted - especially through the mid-section. I ordered a size up so I could layer and I am glad I did. It is a heavy shirt, almost like a jacket. It has great detailing and a slight stretch to the fabric. It is very comfortable. Great deal for the price!
By louise from Knoxville, TN on 08/15/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The shirt is fitted and flattering. I'm always satisfied with Prana. Definitely would recommend this shirt.
By GreyCat from SoCal on 08/10/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking, Wear To Work Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these for my husband, who was looking to augment his favorite prAna Centaur pants. The 36" seems a little loose in the waist compared to all his other prAna pants, but at 70% cotton they may shrink a bit in the wash. Sadly, no crotch inset so they won't be good for climbing. However, he loves the light weight and breathability of the fabric and says they are his new hiking pants! They look nice enough for work, too.
The roll-up snaps are low profile and useful, since his other pants cuffs always fall back down as he moves.
By GreyCat from SoCal on 08/10/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wear To Work Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Versatile pants are nice enough for work, comfy enough for play. And so handy that they come in Short, so they don't need hemming or cuffing! My husband's second favorite pants, after his prAna Centaurs. Sturdy yet soft fabric, good fit, flattering style, hangs well, comfortable. He likes them so much we had to get them in both colors!
By GreyCat from SoCal on 08/10/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Outdoor professional Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Cute design, all-day comfy stretch denim, I love the handy and secure button-closure leg pockets. The waist does seem to get overly loose after a while, but it's not a big problem. Denim can sometimes be a bit heavy and stiff, but the light, soft hand of this fabric makes these one of my favorite capris ever!
will do the trick, but not fabulous By runner chick from Seattle, WA on 08/09/2009 Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These are fairly cute and could pass for hip on the right person. The denimn has an odd vertical crepe like fading and a lot of stretch so the fit stays true. The side pockets stick out a bit, but could be ironed if you're not as lazy as I am. My rear & thighs are on the big side from distance running, but these fit fine in a 6 which is what I normally wear - not a bit tight. I don't think I'd have bought them if I tried on in person - just a bit odd to feel that much stretch in the denimn. They almost feel clingy & tend to stay at the back of my closet.
By yoga PhD from Ithaca on 08/08/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality Cons: Poor Fit, Sits Too High Above Waist Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have another pair of prana pants (canvas capris, not jeans) of the same size (size 8) that fit really well- they are low on the waist but not too low, and flattering. These jeans are a little higher on the waist, but the real problem with them is that the crotch falls too low and the butt is saggy. Maybe I should have gone with a size six, even though I am a curvy size 8. Also, they started stretching out in an unflattering way after I had them on for an hour. Even if they had fit to begin with, they wouldn't fit by the end of the day. I really wanted to like these but they don't work for me.
Cute but wish I had a small! By CO Girl from Colo Spgs on 08/07/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got the Med. which is probably a true size med. (I don't think Small was available). It fits but a small would probably fit better (I'm 5'2, 120). The neck tie helps make it adjust to your size but then if I tie it too tight, it becomes uncomfortable around my neck so then I loosen the neck and then the back loosens and falls below my bra. For the price I got this for, I am making it work (I really like the colors and embroidery design).
