SunDay Afternoons

SunDay Afternoons

The down-to-earth appeal of Sunday Afternoons goes back to its roots in the early '90s, when the small, family-run company set up shop at craft fairs and open-air markets. While selling their dermatologist-approved, sun-blocking apparel, Sunday Afternoons founders kept their ears open to suggestions from their customers—most of whom worked outside in the sun—and applied changes as they saw fit. Today, Sunday Afternoons remains true to its roots, producing UV-blocking apparel with the best interests of the outdoor-minded consumer as their guide.

Comments:
Used this product on a week long camping/canoeing trip. The shirt held up well, but the light color (lt. blue) has been hard to clean upon my return. I wasn't thrilled about the chest pockets (they are open at the top, with a velcro closure in the middle). Would have preferred a flap on the pockets. All in all, a good value for the money.

This hat/visor blocks the sun from your face well because it has a wide rim. It is not too hot on your head because it is a visor. It is also very packable for traveling.

I bought this hat for my husband, he loves it! He wanted something to wear for working outside, doing yard work or for the beach. The hat is light weight, has 50UV sun protection and is breathable. The visor is longer than most hat likes this, it keeps the sun of his face and the back of his neck. He loves it!

Advertised as knee-length, but the skirt actually measures 34 inches. Still, it's very nice and looks like it will be versatile for traveling.

I bought the hat to use to shade me when out boating and fishing. The hat runs way too large, probably by about 2 sizes [a medium = extra-large].

I love the cut of this skirt. I will wear it tons but I was hoping for a bit more wrinkle-repelling fabric. Still like it.
