Good for wearing over bulky clothes as it is plenty big. The pants are enormous, but they're good for me as I bike to work, but don't change out of my work clothes.

I rated this a 4 rather than a five because, the fabric is a little noisy and there are no pockets. That said, this is an outstanding buy for a really durable rain suit. It is roomy enough to wear over winter clothing, light weight and flexible.
