I am a healthy, active 30 year old but I have a circulation problem called Raynaud's disease which can leave my toes white in cold weather. Added these to my shoes while sight-seeing in Europe in the winter, and it was glorious. Bring a pair a day 'just in case.' You could always use them in your gloves, or in your pockets if need be. These prices are great too!

They get cold very easily with MS or it is from the numbness and tingling I experience...or both. The warmers help tremendously to keep my core temperature balanced and comfortable.

However 2 out of the 4 that I have opened have not heated up. I hope the 24 pkgs. that I bought aren't going to be a turkey shoot to see what works and what does not. I want to return the whole darned bunch.

I've also used these in my pac boots on extremely cold days while I was ice fishing. They don't last all day, but they work well when they are working.

They make a huge difference! A pair in my boots and gloves when snowshoeing or just being outdoors during winter months makes winter so much better!
