Rather than a size too small, I'm fairly sure it was at least two sizes too small. For the price, I expected much more in the way of fit. Needless to say, I returned the item promptly.

Bigger size probably will be too loose on waist. But the skirt is beautiful, so I decided to wear it despite discomfort.
